Veggie/vegan diet.
Somewhat new to my healthy diet. ..mostly I stay to a vegan diet, but vegetarian slips in. I'm trying to keep the inflammation as low to Minimum as possible. For me, it's the best thing I've done for myself. I find that the more I eat healthy & clean, the better my body feels. So it's important that my significant other sees healthy eating in mostly the same way. It's difficult at best, to be with someone who doesn't think that eating a clean, healthy plant based diet isn't important.
I'm also a nerd girl I love comic book heroes, going to the movies, the beach, traveling the world, concerts, Disneyland, kayaying, Comic Con & so much more. Just ask.
