I am a sort of a hybrid - a blend of several cultures, being of Indian descent, growing up in South East Asia and three decades of American life. I am a non smoker, non drug user and a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I love animals and volunteer with humane societies and rescue organizations. I have a keen mind and a sense of the aesthetics. I like quirkiness, serendipity, surprises, and solitude (some of the time.) I also like (in no particular order) theatre, concerts, films, day trips, travelling, soul, blues, jazz and classical music, books, vegetarian cuisine from different regions, hiking, picnics, intellectual stimulation, political commentary, science fiction, mystery, the bay area and sidewalk cafes. I love spending time with my dogs. I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated. I believe that you have to be very clear about what you want and be able to communicate that to people. I really value honesty and candor. My philosophy: keep it simple and keep it real.
