In my spare time I enjoy gardening, nature, reading, current affairs, spending time with family/friends, music, and the cultivating the ability to be aware and in the moment. I've traveled and lived abroad and been a vegetarian for over ten years for physical, ethical and environmental reasons. I have both "soft" and "hard" aspects of my personality.
