I decided to become a vegetarian in 2019 and then became a vegan. Went off briefly and regretted it and eventually restarted. My journey has brought to becoming an ethical vegan. It is amazing how I accepted my upbringing for so many years and then finally started to question my beliefs. For me veganism is an important part of my and I know there is still more to learn about nutrition and health. And also given the push back I often receive when people learn of my choice, I decided it would be best partnet with someone who share similar values as I do. That is why I am here.
