I have been eating a plant-based diet for 10 years. I am a musician, currently I make my living as a music teacher, I teach various instruments including guitar, piano, drums, voice, ukulele, banjo, mandolin and violin. In the past I have made my living as a performing musician (mostly guitar and bass guitar), recording engineer, and composer. I own a house and occasionally record local singer/songwriters and music groups in my home studio. I like to read, mostly non-fiction. My favourite subjects include psychology, philosophy, history, business, and biographies. I'm also very interested in health and nutrition. I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, I plan to spend more time doing so in the future as my work schedule permits.
