i am grateful for so many of the little things life has to offer like a good nights sleep, a healthy breakfast, a walk under a drizzle. even as i am a Taoist, i awaken with a prayer to thank God for another day. so lately i've been active to "be the change you wish to see in the world", a quote from Ghandi. my son gets angry with me and i say "i love you man".

i'm getting off the grid soon living on a farm, gorgous mountain views, growing veggies and fruits, living off of sprouts, electricity from solar panels, water sequestered from a roof. my only cost will be an internet connection. i'm designing a sustainable super-adobe home with a post and beam roof.

even as i work as an iPhone & Android programmer, i'm transitioning to creating Kickstarter and Indigogo projects with really neat and innovative ideas. my reading interests span science, math, neuroscience, AI, architecture, history, and literature - yes books are my comfort blanket.

The FruitHead here! Been vegan just over a year now and loving life. Don't know many other like minded individuals so I figured I would seek some out. I rescue animals from the side of the road (couple birds, a fox and a red tailed hawk so far) and volunteer with a wildlife rehab center. Otherwise I'll be gardening my side yard and opening up a small organic farmers market this summer. I make some bomb vegan food and really enjoy cooking. I have big plans for my future and hope to inspire others towards this compassionate lifestyle I've found.
