I've been a vegetarian for 35 years, 90% vegan, and occasionally go vegan for 2 or 3 months, lots of raw and organic foods. Enjoy Hawaii, nature, the ocean, hiking, organic gardening, laughing, serenity,simplicity, hanging out, and solitude (preferably with a mate).
