I left an unfulfilling corporate job a year ago to attend law school to study animal law. After many years running various animal welfare volunteer groups in my free time I realized that the mosy powerful way to help animals was through the law.
I've been vegan for a little over 3 years and was vegetarian for about 7 prior to that. I have a passion for animal rights and animal welfare and have done all sorts of things from protests to cockfighting/dog fighting cases, animal disaster response, urban animal outreach, Native American reservation outreach, etc. I find passion in any work helping animals.
I have dabbled in Buddhism the last few years and found some peace there. I enjoy reading, traveling, long road trips, movies, shooting (rare for a vegan, I know), and good company.
Just seeing who is out there. Prefer people not programmed by their televisions and who think independently and passionately.
