See, this is the part I don't like. It isn't that I think describing myself is unimportant or that I am somehow fabulously indescribable. It is more that short of this stream of consciousness slop that is flowing right now, I like things I do to be the best possible version of that which I am capable. You have no idea how much I am cringing writing this instead of spending hours getting it just right. But there are books to be read, games (mostly board/tabletop type) to be played, there are youtube video about math and science and media criticism (PBS Idea Channel, go there now!) to be watched, tv shows and movies about time travel or documentaries about how horrible our world can be sometimes, maybe I'll go for a run, or do some veg/animal education/activism, or walk to the thrift store, or learn to cook something new, so much to do that isn't writing this. Ok, this is too much already and I'm not even done with the whole profile. Why does this have to be like applying for loan?

I love the outdoors. I enjoy cycling, camping, hiking, weight lifting and most fitness activities. I am a vegan for ethical reasons. I become a vegan in 2015. I love most types of music. Particularly, blues, alternative, folk, jazz and rock.

I have a happy and lucky life. I am lucky to have many great supportive friends. People generally describe me as nerdy, hippy, intelligent, athletic, competitive, kind and outgoing. I think of myself as shy with the ability to be outgoing. I appreciate calmness and being able to relax. I love yoga and mediation. I smile a lot. I enjoy spending hours in coffee shops reading. I rarely watch television. I am a romantic who sees beauty everywhere in the world such as in music, art, nature, the way a friend smiles or simply seeing two people in love. These little moments of beauty bring me great joy and often bring a tear to my eye.

The most important aspect of my life are my friends and how I treat other people. I believe the key to happiness is how we treat other people.
