Alright, guys.  I'm just going to lay it out there: I'm looking for someone awesome to share in the adventures of life.

 

First things first: I'm tall (6'3), and I'm vegetarian.  My vegetarianism is for moral reasons, so I'd really like to find a veggie-inclined guy to share my table with.  I've learned over the years that it's pretty darn important to have similar morals and to be able to share food.  (Not to mention, I really love adventures, and I want to be able to share the culinary ones too!)  I'm a half step away from being vegan.  The only thing that's stopping me is that it makes it tough to eat out, and for well meaning folks to cook for me.  Maybe you can help with that.  : )

 

I'm adventurous and spontaneous.  In 2009, I went to Las Vegas for a Star Trek convention on a lark.  Last year, I went to Germany (my first time out of the country!) and went to Freulingsfest, the spring version of Oktoberfest, and I'll probably go back to Eurpoe this year.  But it doesn't take grand travel to interest me-- I find adventure in everyday life.  Camping, crazy hikes, driving through the shady parts of cities to admire the artistic side of graffiti, trying new restaurants, going to comedy clubs to watch stand-up-- I love it all.  LIFE is a grand adventure, and I'm so very happy to be participating.

 

... which brings me to my next point: I'm pretty deeply philosophical.  I am utterly fascinated by quantum physics, cosmology, astronomy, and this strange and wonderful phenomena we call "consciousnesss." Seriously, why does anything exist at all?  What -am- I?  (If you're going to say "God did it," be prepared to explain what God is and what you think It's up to with all of this!)
