Hi. I am 90% Vegan. Just like Paula Deen I have not given up butter, but at least it is organic only. When I go out to eat I occassionally have something with eggs or milk cooked into it and sometimes I eat cheese or fish. I love to go hiking, walking, and water sports. I also enjoy musuems, book stores, antiques, and anything eclectic. I try to do one new thing a month that I have never done before. Anything from going to a new restaurant, seeing a movie never seen before, eating a new food, to the sky's the limit. I'm working on my Ph.D in General Psychology and have just started on the dissertation. I am also a substitute teacher and my passion is working with children.
