Here are a just few words that describe me: easygoing, calm, but passionate about some issues, good listener, open minded, creative, spiritual, emotional, loving, caring, honest, compassionate, hardworking, down-to-earth, happy with myself and my accomplishments, good sense of humor.  I live in an off grid, solar powered house, I like to recycle as much as possible and be “green” in general.  I enjoy the outdoors and spend as much time as possible outside.  At home, I enjoy organic gardening, landscaping, walking my dog, reading, researching healthy living subjects, listening to music or just watching a good movie.  I tend to travel to places of beauty such as the Grand Canyon and Colorado Rockies.  I’ve been to most of the National Parks and many State Parks in the Western US.  I love to hike and my greatest reward is to meditate surrounded by nature, especially after a long and strenuous hike.  My picture is after a long hike in Putah Creek Wildlife Area, west of Winters, CA last New Year’s Eve.  I also enjoy exploring restaurants, going to art galleries, museums and movies.
