A little naive I suppose,though I still believe this is the moment and that we are the people we've been waiting for. attended the World Social Forum in Caracas in Jan and visited Argentina while in SA. I'm planning on returning to SA this fall to look for a farm.not so sure i'm still planning on settling in south america?? I'm working on creating a peaceful planet for all beings. At a time early in the year 1976 I was still wearing glasses, and when I was about about 2 years old and when I was about 3 years old may be approximately when each operation was done on me, one eye at a time, but when I was 13, I was at a prayer meeting and or church service and the preacher spoke to me and asked me if I believed that the Lord could heal me, or perhaps the wording was heal my eye site, or heal my eyes. I said yes and or yea, and about 2 weeks later my eyes were examined at a hospital and I could see good. I don't wear glasses now and don't need to and in about 10 years of my life, from about 3 to 13, my eye site may have been very poor, with me regularly wearing glasses. If You look, You might see a picture of me with glasses in my photos on some other sites. I am a guy that follows animal flesh Laws that Jesus and Peter and others followed. I'm a guy who has been divorced for a while and, not pleased with my behavior in relationships, have forgone them. Six months ago, as a consequence of some demonstrated, behavioral change, I decided to end my emotional isolation. This message is part of that. I'm retired from university work and now study the dharma, meditate, and exercise almost daily, write, sometimes read mystery novels, take walks to Henry Clay's garden, cook, ride my bicycle to the grocery, go to class (Spanish 101) and will be learning to play the cello in the fall. I do volunteer work for the meditation center and am trying (with some success) to stay away from politics, a life-long addiction. My life is really good and, oddly, I find that not needing anyone makes wanting someone a healthier prospect than it ever has been before. I think I'd like to hear from people who understand that (and the next section, too).
