I consider myself to be an intelligent, articulate, well read, very liberal vegan with a wide variety of interests. I follow animal rights and politics. Politically I call myself liberal, but others might say radical. I have 5 dogs from various rescue groups. I find it hard to resist fostering a dog in need, or other animals for that matter. I enjoy all kinds of movies, dining out, reading, (fiction/nonfiction/poetry--charles bukowski comes to mind). I like intelligent television (animal planet, national geographic channel, and Bill Maher) I also like offbeat shows like the cancelled Six Feet Under. Heroes include, but not limited to, Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, Michael Moore, and Ingrid Newkirk. I also enjoy camping, and traveling as much as possible. My favorite place so far was Hawaii, 2nd favorite was Bermuda, but I've been many other places as well.
