I'm not your 'typical' male: I don't follow sports, I don't own a TV (by choice), and I don't spit in public. (I've been told I lack the 'shithead macho gene.' I'm fine with that.) I'm gregarious and friendly. I'm also fiercely loyal, and more so to those who have shown the reciprocal. When discussing music, film, religion, or history, I'm way talkative, yet I enjoy listening to others wax lyrical about their interests. Art thrills me, a well-written sentence inspires me, and history fascinates me. I floss daily, practice and sport a perennial five o'clock shadow. I don't buy bottled water because the bottled water industry is evil (but you knew that). I avoid logos in fashion because I don't appreciate being told what to wear, for how long, and for how much. Before Pandora, I never listened to anything other than NPR because I didn't like being told what to listen to, kind of like the aforementioned fashion thing. I prefer a local coffee shop to Starbucks. I lend at Kiv - often. I'm passionately passionate about animal rights.
