I’m a free-spirited, independent, and creative person. I believe in the transformative, energizing and boundless power that humans can tap into when their motivations are based on love. I have a deep respect for all living things and there’s a special place in my heart for music. (which I’m fortunate enough to be able earn a living from) Currently my goal is to bring more mindfulness to all aspects of my life. It’s not an easy goal as we’ve all been conditioned to believe that material things and the ego are truly what matters in the world. That way of thinking has only led to suffering and I’m trying in my own small way to transcend that. I have an irreverent sense of humor and a capacity to embrace spontaneous joy and have learned that it’s a good thing to be able to laugh at the foibles of this modern world. I also love being outdoors and spend as much as my time as possible surrounded by nature.
