When folks ask me about my way of life I tell them it’s not a diet because it’s not temporary; it’s not a lifestyle because it’s not static. It’s a Journey. You grow and change along the way, as your knowledge and body changes you make adjustments and keep learning. Faith and food have brought me this far. I stay grateful, and try to allow other be on their own food journey. (mine started 2006)

I’m highly creative. A visual artist. Enjoy building/repurposing things. I work full time, but find time to volunteers on a farm that feeds the needy. Prefer the outdoors. Camping. Inline skating. Dream of the day of having a jeep and a kayak! And absolutely love creating in the kitchen!

Social media has it's place, but I'm of the opinion that it can't properly substitute actual human interaction.
