I try to live a healthy lifestyle because what one puts into their body effects their entire being......mentally, spiritually, emotionally, et.al. I enjoy traveling and get the to know people from different cultures. I'm a practicing 7th day Adventist and have become .....I believe....a more opened minded, and knowledgeable person because of it. I focus on what's important in this life and daily try to live it to it's fullest ....just as God intended! I love music, specifically classical and opera but my taste also has a very eclectic edge as well. I love going to see great films, long walks, reading informative books & magazines, studying the scriptures, going to museums and art fairs, bicycling, and work out at least 3x weekly.
