I was raised a vegetarian, but rebelled and ate meat in my teens and early twenties. I have been a vegetarian for 3/4 of my life. I have given up most dairy and eggs, but do occasionally eat cheese. I am working on substitutes for that, and then I can finally go completely vegan.
I'm an open minded person who believes approaching every situation with an open mind and ready heart. I try very hard not to judge others, and hope to not be judges myself in return.
I am an avid animal lover, and when time permits, I donate my time to walking and training pit bulls at the local no-kill shelter.
