Well, I don't quite know what to say. I'm a huge animal rights person, I try to do as much as I can w/animal rescue and would like one day to work in or run my own animal sanctuary or rescue. I mean, we're not really any better or different than animals when you think about it. I'm a slave to my dog--he's the best. :) I can't seem to find a lot of vegeterians around here, so I thought this might be a way to find some people I have a common bond w/ and to share recipes and insight. I'm a shy person at first, but I think I come out of my shell as I get to know people. I like to think of myself as a decent person who'll go an extra mile, but won't be a doormat.
