I'm an ethical vegan, playful and compassionate, with a beautiful, active child. I've been vegan since I was 27, and veggie before that; though it is for ethical reasons, I also enjoy the health benefits. I love stimulating conversation and have previously been involved in the arts and caregiving for the elderly. I am currently pursuing a college degree after an extremely long academic hiatus. I love to read, dance, and enjoy doing crossword puzzles to relax (when I am lucky enough to have the time). It's even better when it is raining and there is coffee and chocolate at hand! I am looking to become more active outdoors- exploring new areas, and hiking in the forest, etc. I'd consider myself a "knowledge geek:" I love learning new things. Education never ends! I feel deeply but can also be silly; one can say I am that cliche of "old soul, young spirit."
