I became a vegan 5 years ago. Before that, I was primarily a vegetarian for the previous 29 years. I am a very spiritual person, who meditates every day. I also exercise daily. I am a kind and generous person. I was in business with my parents. I sold my businesses to take care of my sick Father. When my Father passed, I took care of my Mother until she passed in November 2015. I love helping others. I have a good sense of humor and a positive attitude. My favorite state of mind is peace.
