Hello im Ryan! Ive been vegan for about 8 months now and im loving it. I feel so much better on this diet then a standard one.
I stay in shape, eat well (duh), love to cook. Im very humble, ill listen to you. I stay as positive as i can, its much better, but i guess we all have to vent.
