I live a plant based lifestyle now! I started 6 months ago after watching "What the Health". I will never go back! I have lost 75lbs and counting. I feel like I have a life to live again and by golly going to!! I still have alot more to lose but confident and have the energy to do It!

I believe in pushing yourself to try and learn new things. We are such a blessed country and I myself have been guilty of taking it for granted. I want that cycle to stop!
