I started eating vegetarian back in the early 2000s. At first it was just simple foods, but then 3 years living in the US introduced me to fake meats, which caused me to develop a soy and gluten sensitivity. I've since found healing in eating whole foods, and mostly raw living food. I love my Vitamix Blender! I do still eat cooked veggies when eating out. I was watching The Blue Zones and found it very interesting that a Christian group in California was living very healthility and outliving the average citizen. How about you?
