-Spending time in nature: I walk in the woods daily and, in slightly warmer months, row on the Delaware several days a week.
-Music: I learned how to play the harmonium a few months ago and am in a kirtan band that plays in public once a month. Music brings me a deep peace and great joy and I love co-creating a space where others can experience this as well.
-Food: Savoring a meal with a friend is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve been a member of an organic CSA for several years and I try to be mindful about my food consumption. I really appreciate when someone cooks for me and am happy to help prep and clean up.
-My golden retriever, who is a therapy dog for children and older adults
