editlover of all animals. currently have two dogs, two cats. have come to appreciate living in the forest and have been residing so for the past six years. i spend many hours and days alone albeit with the animals. enjoy vegetable gardening and have recently embarked on a herbalism programme.  love world music, reading and learning.  am vegetarian. take photographs of moments and things that i find inspirational and intriguing and beautiful and like to share them. NOT into television unless its used as a learning tool or as a screen to watch a film. 

in perpetual awe of this world and its inhabitants in all forms. 

i adore trees and all flora & fauna and hope to learn as much about them as i can and develop wholesome relationships with all.editamazing experiences during my recent holiday to cape breton, nova scotia and beyond. couchsurfed for three evenings and it was a wonderful experience. new brunswick, maine and vermont.

 recently i have been taken by reading and learning about herbs and herbal medicine.  however other readings i have recently enjoyed include, Life of Pi, eastern philosophy / spirituality books, I Ching, oryx and crake, et al, for film blade runner, the matrix, any star trek (i love the idea of aliens and life on other planets), anything to do with time travelling ... i listen mostly to independent musical artists. 

editediti would love to share my knowledge and experience with growing food, holistic healthcare, having a healthy vegetarian lifestyle and what knowledge i have regarding herbalism with anyone who is interested.  it would be very nice and most welcome to meet someone who would be willing to spend a little time showing me how to blend colours and demonstrate a few painting techniques.
