Im simply one of those people focused on “whole food” / “plant based” eating for enhanced health and weight loss benefit.
I have come to believe that this is how we were intended to eat and that there is an inherient spiritality in this style of eating.
Being “vegan” for me is pretty much limited to taking B-12 and disovering the vegan items in the dairy section while shopping for vegetables.
As a full time single parent of a “tween“ daughter I am realistic about not putting much expectations on this.
