Describe myself.... That's a loaded question.

I'm athletic. I love to run, swim, bike, rock climb (inside and out), snowboard, hike, surf, sup, ADVENTURE! I started yoga a year ago and it has helped with mental and physical balance. I love to be silly but know that there is a time for it and i can reign it in when necessary.

Traveling is awesome! I was in the service and it allowed me to see some amazing places and I look forward to seeing more soon. I am looking for an opportunity to go to northern India for 2 months to travel and get my yoga instructors certification. I don't want to teach but I feel the experience would be amazing. Before this I would like to hike the A.T from start to finish (south to north) , take a month or so between, and then head to India. I have a job, house and animals do there is much prep before this can be a reality....

I have raised two children and had great success, so kid do not intimidate me. Children are awesome, it's the parents that decide how difficult they can be.

I'm active, eat well, live to smile and laugh. I could keep going but you'll find out the rest later. :)
