Hello and thanks for visiting :) I've been vegan for over 20 years and am very passionate about social change. I am a creative professional who is striving to use my talents to make a difference. I love to sing, do yoga, cook vegan meals, teach humane education topics, and learn about health and nutrition topics ... I strive to meditate more often, cultivate self discipline and laugh alot. :)
I believe in being of service to the world, rather than to our own ego. Of course this requires constant vigilance and I admire that in others.
