My description:
I recently arrived in the Classic City and seek community. A priority is the return to the outdoor pursuits that formed my deep interest in nature so many years ago. I love to camp, hike, sail, kayak, and spend time on my yoga mat/meditation cushion....and would enjoy the opportunity to share these joys with someone.
I made the choice to eat a vegetarian diet back in the late ‘80s for environmental (water conservation) reasons, transitioned to a near-vegan diet for animal welfare reasons, and a vegan diet for animal rights in the mid-90s. If I'm honest, I probably maintain a plant-based diet - at least in part, for health reasons. I seek to live a life filled with compassion and love and to share my awe of the natural world with those willing to care.

…a spiritual Being having a physical experience who tolerates differences in perceiving the world …an animal lover & friend to the planet ...someone who embodies honesty in thought, word and deed …a partner to share mutual interests and develop those that may be only an ember right now …a man who appreciates that I take life in pretty slowly and who is willing to express patience when exposing me to his delights …someone who finds compromise to be a good thing …I suppose I fantasize for a romantic fella who will remember the little things and consider including me in many aspects of his world.
