My description:
I have been on a whole foods plant-based diet for 5.5 years. I feel 25 years younger, have boundless energy and optimum health! I run competitively but I am also passionate about cycling, kayaking, canoeing, all winter sports, hiking, gardening,foraging for wild edibles, ID-ing wild flowers, trees, birds etc. I love the mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans and everything in between. I am very fortuntate to have a job in which i can spread the word about healthy diet, exercise and recovery! I consider myself to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy...compassionate to all living things and the the environment. My glass is always half full.
