My description:

Hello beautiful vegan woman! I have been an ethical animal lover for over 20 years and would like to find a friend+ that feels as ardently about our fellow creatures. I have various interests and grew up an athlete, so someone that is athletic, a runner, or just likes to be physical with her body, etc., would be a welcome playmate. I am one of the great amateurs of many things but expert in none...except for my devotion to animals and nature and my ability to construct a story with just one vegan tank!

Generally, I can kick it peacefully with a good vegan beer/bottle of wine...or nothing, and a couple of friends at wherever and get down with some great music. I will listen to most anything and have recently been tackling a burgeoning list of films and books. I moved to Las Vegas from New Jersey in 2013 - sold my car, packed up a van and drove out with my pup, Fred! I commute with my trusty Mongoose mountain bike - which has seen everything from a Pacific Coast tour to a 4,000 mile cross country trip, not to mention the local commutes of Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco and New Jersey. My constant companion, that bike!

I'm not necessarily searching for a mate (though I'm not opposed) but it would be cool to find a similar minded friend or two to chat about life or hike the Grand Canyon with. I have a fairly small circle and would likely be considered introverted with some extroversion tendencies (almost sounds like some sort of disorder!). I enjoy my aloneness with access to a few meaningful relationships. And I do relish the idea of a partner/friend to share life experiences with. It's a perpetually unfolding process!

If you are moved by nature, often find humor where others do not (and even where they do), maintain a healthy defiance of inequity, are effortlessly original, think and act creatively, respect a good sweat, and empathize with animal exploitation, then we should say hello to each other! I am partial to dressed-down, free spirits that forgo the make-up and, instead, opt for an easy and reassuring smile!
