My description:
I'm a former New Yorker who fled winter to live in LA for 18 years. After three years in Europe, I landed in Miami but am now trying to decide where I want to plant roots. Mostly plant-based and hope you are too. Still traveling whenever I get the chance.
My passions include writing, reading, diving, frolicking in the ocean, adventure travel, listening to music (indie, electronica, Britpop, and more), photography, swimming, hiking, reading, cooking, wine, being outdoors, and trying to make the world a better place, a little at a time. I have strong beliefs, but logical reasoning has been known to sway me, and I do enjoy a good debate. I watch TV on occasion, but more often than not I'm watching a good film or an old series like "Deadwood" or "Twin Peaks." I thrive on silliness, although I can be quite serious when the occasion calls for it. I like doing more than watching, learning as much as teaching, and hanging out as much as jumping into a shark cage.
Seeking:
I'm looking for a partner and an equal, someone who shares a lot of my interests but also has his own. Wit and banter are a huge plus, as is a willingness to travel and fly by the seat of your pants. Do you know how to play an instrument? I'm dying to learn guitar, piano, or melodica. I need someone who can keep up with me, because I've been told that I'm constantly on the go, always have a new idea to try out or a new destination to fly/drive to. I've driven 20,000 miles this year alone, but in a Prius and I've planted more than a dozen trees. Are you funny, intelligent, open-minded and up for some zaniness?
