My description:
I have a huge heart - my love and compassion for all living things is overwhelming at times. To that end, I've spent many years as an activist for animals as well as other causes in an effort to leave the world a little (or a lot!) better than the way I found it. My mom says I have an extreme, passionate personality. Either I love it or have no interest at all. I throw myself into something totally or I don't bother. So, I can be intense in relationships but if you can handle it, you will find a loyal, committed partner willing to work hard to get it right. I have no tolerance for game playing. I believe in keeping it real 100% of the time. I don't want to waste my time getting to know someone who doesn't match their presentation, nor would I expect anyone to do the same with me. Some of my favorite things: animals, Africa, movies, music, history, working out, good friends, karaoke, snuggling, cooking/eating vegan food, roller skating, the ocean, reality TV (shameless!), roller coasters and other extreme thrills (sky-diving!)...
Seeking:
In a life partner, I look for someone with a good heart, who cares about the world like I do. We don't have to see eye to eye on every issue (as long as we can disagree respectfully) but you gotta CARE! I value sincerity and honesty. Can't live without affection. I want to be able to count on someone when I really need him. I want someone who can't wait to be with me and I, him. I want to wake up next to someone and feel like we're so lucky to be with each other. I hope for someone to grow with, to learn from, who brings out the best in me and vice versa. I want magic. I want the fairy tale. And, at this point in my life, I'm just not willing to settle for any less. :-)
