My description:
Successful workaholic that managed to find a career that does something positive for the world. Casual dress, sense of humor and happy doing "normal things" from gardening to home repair. I have been in Latin America since Jan 2002 and have now escaped to Guatemala. Why? Because there are technical things I know that can help people. Like to cook, travel to where others don't travel, learn new things from how to save the world to high-tech.
I have lived off-grid in a very rural area on a lot of land but am currently living in a decent big city (but would rather be in the country).
I generally do OK with kids over about 8 but would rather borrow one occasionally than actually "own one".
Seeking:
Someone with a sense of humor as well as a sense of purpose. Someone who wants to help save the world but who also wants to help me have fun. Honesty and intelligence a plus. While I am "retired", I tend to get involved in zillions of projects to make life better for others. Organizational skills and other abilities are the issue, not money. If you think dogs are really people, that's a plus as well.
