My description: I would describe myself as spiritual, compassionate, tolerant, humble yet self-confident, and fiercely dedicated to my values and beliefs. Ultimately, we all must walk the journey of this lifetime (and whatever lies beyond) alone and according to our own conscience. How much more the better if one can enjoy the conversation, companionship, and sharing of knowledge with another for however long fate allows us though? I try to savor the moment and remember that every moment is a gift. The spiritual is embodied in the natural world around us and I try to draw strength from that on a daily basis. I strive to live my own life in harmony with my surroundings but that lesson is complex and I am still learning.
Seeking: Companionship, sharing and respect for others are good things. A good partner is somebody who is comfortable with her own self and looking for someone to enjoy the present moment and share life's lessons with. A good partner doesn't use the other person as a crutch or her primary source of identity. Dependency, couched in any terms, is a bad thing. Someone who is looking for little more than an economic partner to build a fantasy lifestyle will have little interest in me. I have a respectable career and work ethic but money is not my god. Someone with vision for a better world and no fear of failure might enjoy spending time with me.
