I am a recently retired environmental scientist. I became a vegetarian in 1991 and am now mostly plant-based.
In Calgary Ico-ran a plant-based potluck with my late wife before Covid hit. My. interests include music, hiking. and the importance
of plant-based nutrition to people, the environment
