My description:
I am seeking a Vegan male friend, possibly more, who shares my love of animals and is a passionate advocate for the welfare of those caught up in the factory farming machine. I am empathic, intuitive, musical, creative, self-sufficient, and I make my living as a (technical) legal writer. I have been in the same profession for 30 years with no plans of retirement, probably ever. I thrive in nature, music, and I have a farm full of rescued animals. My free time is spent caring for my critters and spending quality time with them. I have grown twin daughters, and my youngest is a senior in a boarding school. The disintegration of the public school system helped inform my and my youngest daughter's decision to have her attend boarding school. She thrives academically and socially and has her sights set on the Ivy League. I'm very much an introvert and have a strong aversion to big, noisy crowds of people, smoky bars, and airplanes. I love to exercise. Walking, weight classes, Spin and Pilates are among my favorite things to do. I live a very quiet and private life and feel very content at the end of the day to simply curl up on the couch in the company of a light-hearted show. As an almost empty-nester, I thought that perhaps this might be an appropriate time to reach out socially and see what happens.
