Greetings,

I’ve noticed something interesting in my recent experiences—when I connect with someone, I often bring a high level of physical energy and enthusiasm for life that doesn’t always match. Because of that, I’m open to meeting women who feel similarly energized, regardless of age, though I recognize that my energy can be surprising given that I’m 72.

While I enjoy humor and making people laugh, I’m also thoughtful and intentional. I take life seriously—but not heavily. I’m patient, grounded, and generally relaxed. Some might say I take risks, but I see it more as trusting my instincts. I’ve learned to listen to that inner sense that lets me know when something feels right—or not.

Over the years, I’ve lived a full and varied life. I’ve built nine homes, started a vegan deli that successfully introduced plant-based meals to three schools (without them even realizing it at first), and worked as a wildland firefighter. I still consider doing another season if needed. Currently, I’m working on developing a tree farm, greenhouse, and vegan kitchen. At the same time, I feel drawn back toward activism and would love to meet someone who also cares deeply about our democracy and the direction of the world.

For now, I’m rooted where I am while I develop my property. Down the road, I’m open to deciding together what the next chapter could look like, including where we might want to live.
