I may be 80 in numbers, but I’m much younger in body and mind. I spent 45+ years living in Alaska. I have been lucky to travel to many places in the world, I have been teaching/practicing yoga since the 1970's.
I keep busy, stay active, do yoga regularly, meditate, ride my e-bike, I love wilderness, camping and hiking. I am at home when I'm outdoors.
I've been a vegetarian for over 50 years.
