I'm a warm and loving woman who is committed to meditation and healthful living. I enjoy serving people in a mindfulness-centered psychotherapy practice. The joy of my life is witnessing the miracles of transformation in my clients. I'm also a researcher involved with neuroscientists who are researching my innovative addiction protocol.
I love visiting historic places, taking long road trips and walking in nature. I enjoy a good movie and my favorite books are regarding spirituality or health. Natural healing and nutrition are passions of mine that I have been researching for many years, applying to myself and helping others.
