My description:
I am in a bit of a dilemna in that I am a committed Christian -- follower of Jesus -- but I am also vegan and tend to be more progressive politically and concerned about the earth and preserving it -- as well as our democracy -- than many of those who may share my spiritual but not dietary, environmental or political views. I like to be active, eat well, and am on a lifetime learning journey.
Seeking:
Hard to say -- everytime I make a "list" or read one from someone else -- I feel it limits me or the person I'm seeking. That being said, a good sense of humor, wit, charm, boundaries, self-awareness, strong sense of justice, and life experience (ie. wisdom) are all pluses. A "God chaser" even if he hasn't exactly found God yet. . . Knowledge of and experience with following Jesus. Some one I can push up against in a discussion and not have him shrink away; Who can knows what a "fair fight" is. These are some initial thoughts.
