My description:
I am a personable and easy-going guy who would like to meet a compatible woman who lives in my general area. Ethical and healthy eating, and respect for the rights and welfare of other living creatures, are very important to me. Lately I have really upped my commitment to preparing more of my own meals and living an all-around healthy lifestyle.
I have pretty wide-ranging interests, including reading, movies, nature walks, computers, learning Spanish, weekend getaways, and just hanging out with friends. I'm pretty well-versed on current events, and enjoy conversing with people who are knowledgeable about what's going on in the world, even if their point of view doesn't agree with mine. I like to laugh, have a good sense of humor, and try not to take myself or life too seriously. Covid-imposed isolation is beginning to get seriously depressing (I've been vaccinated), and I feel ready to break out of the bubble and connect with a female kindred spirit who is more or less in the same boat.
Seeking:
My ideal opposite number would be a lady who feels comfortable in her own skin, is optimistic and fun-loving, and has the time and interest to pursue a serious long-term relationship. Someone who's a little bit sentimental, and enjoys hugs and romance, and those small intimate gestures that make a person feel that they're special. Hopefully this person would be at the very least a vegetarian who is open to making the transition to a fully plant-based diet.
Some qualities that I am drawn to in a woman, in no particular order of importance: Playful, romantic, thoughtful, intelligent, independent-minded, passionate, good conversationalist, supportive, nurturing, ethical and caring. Someone who, in considering a potential partner, sees the whole person, and not a collection of attributes to be matched against whatever set of boxes she wishes to have checked off.
