My description:
I’m a fun, positive, kind, empathetic, warm, honest, funny, healthy organic vegan working. My friends describe me as a socially and environmentally conscious mensch who is a great communicator and highly evolved with a commitment to personal growth.
I’m a successful sustainability leader, author and business owner with both a sustainability consulting firm and a start-up creating a global community of abundant health, sustainability and kindness. I’ve had the privilege of being a White House and Congressional aide, Wall Street broker assistant, Cargill grain merchant, British assembly line worker, Boston Checker Cab driver, co-founder of the Sacramento Community Garden Program and co-founder of a 40 year old nonprofit committed to sustainability.
I have a beautiful, zen-influenced home overlooking a quiet pond and a magnificent Japanese Garden. I live in St. Louis Park, a progressive community (first suburb west of Minneapolis), a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride to Downtown on the beautiful regional bike trail.
I love to eat and cook organic, vegan food from all over the world. My daily routine includes meditation, exercise and yoga, bike riding or x-country skiing with my dog, playing sports with my sons, and watching the PBS News Hour and Stephen Colbert. I’m involved in various community organizations and progressive politics.
I’m deeply spiritual and was raised as a Reform Jew, which I’ve continued along with being a leader of the Jewish Renewal Community and Jewish and interfaith environmental efforts.
I had a wonderful 14 year marriage and then my wife fell in love with a woman who was a mutual friend. After extensive individual and joint counseling for more than a year my wife decided she is gay (her term). We had a very loving, conscious uncoupling divorce (Oct 3, 2018) and are co-parenting our four fabulous children, a 24 year old daughter (who completed her masters in piano performance at the SF Conservatory of Music) and three sons, 11, 15 and 18 (they all play piano as well and sing).
I love life and want to share it with a special person who is equally open, honest, positive, healthy, self-aware, spiritual, sensual, compassionate and committed to sustainability, and personal and planetary transformation with the capacity to be loving and intimate.
Seeking:
I love life and want to share it with a special person who is equally open, honest, positive, progressive, healthy, vegan, organic, self-aware, spiritual, Jewish, compassionate and committed to health, sustainability, kindness, and personal and planetary transformation with the capacity to be loving and intimate.
To save us both a lot of time, here are a number of key things for me:
1. Ability to have emotional, intellectual, spiritual, physical and sexual intimacy are essential.
2. True health and well-being are also really important, with everything from exercise to weight, along with honesty about any issues.
3. I'm an organic vegan for health, environmental, social justice and humane reasons so I hope you are or are open to exploring that.
4. Mutual attraction and chemistry are really matter.
5. I'm deeply spiritual and Jewish so I hope you value that.
6. I'm politically progressive and engaged in transforming the world. It's important that you care and share concerns about the challenges taking place on so many levels.
If you are ok with these and the rest of what I share, please have recent photos and send a message if you'd like me to respond.
