My description:
36 years vegetarian (my whole life, as I was raised that way) up until about two years ago, when I decided I was a hypocrite and vegan was the only way to go. I'm not the healthiest vegan, I swear, I should make a blog called, "The Lazy Vegan." I cut corners and I'm not the healthiest eater, but hey, no animals were harmed. Despite my lazy kitchen status, I love the outdoors. Hiking, camping, being on a river or lake. My two rescue kitties are my world. I'm just now pushing 40 and seeing how hard it is to try and make relationships work with people who have no commitment to animals or the environment or nature, when that's where my heart lies. Now I know, I could do more, but I do the best I can.
