Calm, cool, and collected sums it up well. People and nature nourish my soul. I love to travel, to beautiful places, and new cities. I've been to over 20 countries. Camping is high on my list of things to do. Exercise including calisthenics, cross-training, running, hiking, gymnastics, martial arts, biking are on my weekly calendar. Meditation and yoga, are part of my daily ritual. I eat clean, mostly vegan totally vegetarian, and very few processed foods. I don't drink or smoke anymore, although I don't mind if you do. Family and friends are very important to me. I use to work at NASA and the USGS as a geologist and planetary scientist. Now I work at the Griffith Observatory as an astronomer, and am building a nutrition based business. Any more you'll just have to ask me in person.
