Hi, my name is Ken. I'm at a point in life where I to want to be more healthy. I have started a hydroponic's system where I have fallen in love with Swiss Chard. I have tried butterhead and other lettuce's but the swiss chard is wonderful for wraps and salads.
I'm a bit of vegita newbie but I'm willing to learn new recipies and work with anyone who wishes to help.
