Vegan diet.
I exercise several times a week and am vegan. I make an exception on Thanksgiving, though, so that I can eat real mac and cheese. I also make an exception for minestrone soup with parmesan. I only eat that about once every other month. It's my favorite soup.
Religion and Spirituality are important to me. New age is where I probably best fit in, but I believe all faiths have something to offer. I respect anyone's religious and spiritual beliefs. I believe in karma and am considering learning more about the Kabbalah.
I enjoy culture and language learning. I am on a lifelong journey to perfect my Spanish-speaking skills. I'd love to learn a third language, perhaps French or German. Spanish was my undergraduate program. I studied as an exchange student in South America. All cultures and languages are interesting. It’s a travesty when a language dies.
