It'a great to find this site because It can be difficult to find like-minded people. I have always been health concious but didn't become a vegan until I met someone who practiced Chinese medicine. He taught me lifestyle is key to whether you will be healthy or plagued with disease. It has helped me understand spiritual things better too. I'm no longer biased about religion but encourage more of a unity consciousness. I think we put too many labels on things and think it's the truth. If we can go within ourselves instead of externalizing everything, that's where truth lies. I think that's the true message behind Christianity or Buddhism. I do like how religion teaches moral values. Also, I like to keep phisically active, enjoy the outdoors and learning the truth about world events. I have a serious side but have an appreciation for good humor too. It's important to find the right balance in all things.
